Nose Revision (Nose Correction with Surgery)

Nose Revision (Nose Correction with Surgery)

The sight of excess or deficiency of small soft tissue, slight curvatures in cartilage structure, and small disorders in bone structure not deteriorating general structure is approximately 20% after esthetic nose surgery. Small structural disorders can be corrected under local anesthesia or sedation + local anesthesia. The surgeries which need general correction of the nasal structure are always more difficult between the patient and the surgeon. Taking cartilage from the rib can be necessary if there is not enough cartilage in the bone structure and bone tissue. If correction can be performed with a little amount of cartilage, graft can be taken from the cartilage (choncal cartilage) in the inner portion of the ear. Soft tissue, cartilage, and bone tissue can be performed if needed. 2,3 and even 4 operations could have been previously performed. Each surgery can be more difficult gradually but it is important to have a positive development in each operation. Each correction performed consciously provides to achieve the desirable form.
