Earring Hole Tears

Years of wearing earrings and their weight or trauma due to defection can cause both esthetic display disorders and material losses due to the loss of earring. The renewal of the ear hole by entering the hole in a hoop shape and removal of the skin is necessary for treatment before stitching it back up. In my own technique, I prefer to not remove the hoop shape area of the ear hole but rather open a narrower hole in one session, which leads to the repairment of the torn area. Operation is performed under local anesthesia in 15 minutes and the stitches are removed after 1 week. The near ear hole can be used after 1 month.
